Round table "IP in Russia" in Beijing, China
Round table “Intellectual Property in Russia” took place within the frames of the visit of the official delegation of the Russian part of the Russian-Chinese chamber for Machinery, Technologies and Innovations in Beijing, China.
Round table was organized by IP Protection center of the Chamber, headed by Vitaliy Kastalskiy, Managing Partner of AK Patent Law Group. In his speech Vitaliy provided our Chinese colleagues – members of the China part of the Chamber with the information on Russian IP legislation, emphasized the issues, which should be taken into account while entering the Russian market.
Representative of Honeywell China in details described IP licensing and enforcement practice of Honeywell, partner of Deloitte China, Mrs. Jolin Song shared the experience of the Deloitte in the sphere of IP protection.
